The results of the eighth Automobile Vacancies Fair (2007)

 

One thousand and seven visitors both students and experienced specialists were gathered at the eighth Automobile Vacancies Fair at the Moscow Automobile and Road Institute (State Technical University). Human resources agency «Autokadr» holds such events traditionally twice a year in autumn and in spring. Automobile vacancies fair is a place where personnel departments of big automobile companies and candidates who decided to change their job or just start their own professional way in automobile business sphere can meet each other.

Both companies and candidates look forward to the next fair and once it starts use their possibilities as much as possible. Companies select personnel quickly and efficiently, candidates could find interesting, promising and well-paid job in the shortest possible time.

Representatives, automobile holdings in both cars and lorries market segments, consulting and leasing companies, spares sales and special equipment sales companies were present at the eighth Automobile Vacancies Fair. Most of the announced companies are our permanent participants with well-known names: «Volvo» representative office, «Rolf», «Nezavisimost», «Musa Motors», «AvtoSpetsCenter «Atlant–M», «Avanimet», «Toyota Center Kuntsevo», «Exist–M», «Avtomir», «Genser», «Transtekhservice», «Tekhstroycontract», «Robert Bosch», «Universal Spetstekhnica», «Sim».

Some companies took their part in the Fair for the first time. Among them are the following: «Ekvinet», «VH-DAF», «Dolgoprudny Avto», «Shans Avto», «4К», «Comfort Leez», «Columbus IT», «Avtokey», representatives of «Scania», «Daemler Chrysler» and «Nissan». Altogether twenty seven leading companies in auto business to get job in is really prestigious.

All the companies had been working for all the day and had been offering candidates different positions at the most well-known and biggest auto technical centers of Moscow and Moscow region. Female candidates were not forgotten too. They were offered to start their career in administration and other different departments of automobile companies. Lots of possibilities were presented to candidates. The most active position in job search was the one of the students. They were really interested in learning as much as possible of the automobile business because literally most of them start working since their second or third study year.

The automobile companies successfully train the rising generation and mould the future specialists taking into account traditions which is already formed at any particular company. The first five higher education institutions students of which visit the Automobile Vacancies Fair every year and are really motivated to find job in automobile business sphere are the following: Moscow Automobile and Road Institute (State Technical University), Moscow State Agricultural Engineering University by the name of Goryachkin, Moscow State Industrial University, Moscow State Technical University, Moscow State University of Instrument-making Industry and Information Science.

One thousand and seven potential candidates visited the eighth Automobile Vacancies Fair in their job search. Four hundred and sixty-five of them were the technical colleges and high-schools graduates from Moscow and Moscow region. Five hundred and fourty-two visitors were specialists experienced in auto business. Car-sales Manager has been an especially popular position for many years. This time about one hundred and sixty-four candidates appeared to be interested in vehicle sales. Professions of auto electrician, colorist, translation of the abbreviation ДОП fitter, diagnostician, fitter and tinman remained less romantic and rarer. The number of service specialists among the Faier visitors was one hundred. Top-managers did not avoid the Fair too. Twenty three representatives of the administration teams visited the seventh Fair.

By the preliminary results and by the opinion of the participants the eighth specialized Automobile Vacancies Fair was successful.
