recruiting - an active search of appropriate candidates
executive search  - a special selection of the unique specialists


The way of the personnel search and selection we use:

  1. We visit a customer, make up an application and sign a Contract
  2. We send a customer the candidates' CV's which are appropriate by the application criteria
  3. We organize a meeting and introduce our candidates to a customer
  4. We organize a «test – drive» for a candidate, i.e. a candidate has been working for a customer company for a week and after that the decision about the hire of this particular specialist has to be made. If our candidate is found to bee appropriate then the RA «Autokadr» is paid with the first part of the fee. If not - we continue searching
  5. When a trial period in a customer's company (from 1 to 6 months) is successfully over the Agency is paid another part of the fee. If our candidate has failed we are engaged to find another one in terms agreed in a Contract
